About
How booking works on henz.ai travel
henz.ai travel is a listing and price-check service. It connects to each operator's booking system, shows the operator's live prices, and sends you to the operator's page to book. It does not sell the experiences and does not take payment.
Booking
Who does what
- Seller
- The operator named on each experience page. Your contract is with that operator.
- Prices
- Calculated by the operator's booking system when you check a date and group size. henz.ai travel does not set prices.
- Booking link
- Opens the operator's booking page. Where the operator supports it, the link is issued by the operator, keeps your date, group and total, and expires at the time shown with the price.
- Payment
- Made on the operator's secure payment page. henz.ai travel never receives your card details or your payment.
- Changes and cancellations
- Handled by the operator under the cancellation policy shown on each experience page and at checkout.
- Listings
- Shown in the order each operator provides. We do not rank, recommend or sell placement.

What this site records
This site has no forms, uses no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Access logs (IP address, time, requested address and browser user agent) are kept to operate and secure the service.
When an AI assistant starts a booking for you through the connector, the contact details you give the assistant are passed to the operator to create the booking. The details you enter on an operator's booking page are handled by that operator under its own privacy policy.
